Authorize a contract for campus closed-circuit television onsite preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for the Department of Aviation with Convergint Technologies, LLC, for an initial term of one year with up to four one-year extension options for a total contract amount not to exceed $3,755,002. Funding: $408,007 is available in the Department of Aviation’s Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
