Authorize negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to acquire approximately 3.708 acres (161,521 square feet) of Sidewalk, Trail, and Recreational easement generally located along the northside of the Remington House apartment complex at 600 Barwood Park, Austin, Texas 78753, from C. F. Remington House Associates Limited Partnership, a Texas limited partnership, for a total amount not to exceed $1,047,000 including closing costs. Funding: $1,047,000 is available in the Parks and Recreation Department Capital Budget.
