Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract with Del Valle Community Coalition in an amount not to exceed $130,000 to administer a flood insurance assistance pilot program for lower-income homeowners who are vulnerable to flood risk. Funding in the amount of $130,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Management Services Department’s Operating Budget.
