Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract for tire repair, maintenance, and replacement services for Austin Energy with T & W Tire, LLC d/b/a T & W Tire, for an initial term of one year with up to two one-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $350,000. Funding: $80,000 is available in Austin Energy’s Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
