Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract for temporary crowd control fencing for CE1.2 model fence for all City departments with Cadence Equipment, LLC for an initial term of two years with up to three 1-year extension options, for a total contract amount not to exceed $648,000. Funding: $75,600 is available in the Operating Budget of various City departments. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
