DBA STV Infrastructure; Freese and Nichols, Inc.; Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc.; H.W, Lochner, Inc. DBA K Friese & Associates, LLC; Gannett Fleming, Inc. (formerly DEC - Central Texas, LLC); Lockwood Andrews & Newnam, Inc.; and Pape-Dawson Consulting Engineers, LLC, to increase the amount by $11,000,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $23,000,000. Funding: $11,000,000 is available in the Capital Budget of the Austin Water.
