Authorize a contract for airport security systems maintenance and support for Austin Aviation with DG Investment Holdings 2, Inc. d/b/a Convergint Technologies LLC, for an initial term of five years with up to two 1-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $22,000,000. Funding: $3,184,000 is available in the Operating Budget of Austin Aviation. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
