Authorize a contract for emergency response training tailored to industrial work environments for Austin Energy with Lee Vernon/True North Medical & Safety LLC, for an initial term of one year with up to two 1-year year extension options in an amount not to exceed $375,000. Funding: $100,000 is available in the Operating Budget of Austin Energy. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
