Authorize three contracts for security fencing-related products and services for Austin Energy with Tony Parent Enterprises, Inc. dba Allied Fence & Security, Viking Fence Co Ltd, and Woolery Custom Fence Co, each for an initial term of one year with up to two 1-year extension options in amounts not to exceed $38,310,000, divided among the contractors. Funding: $12,000,000 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Energy. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
