Approve amendments to Chapters 5, 6, and 7 of the Administrative Rules for Solid Waste Services to implement new limits on the volume of brush drop-off at the Hornsby Bend Biosolids Management Plant, clarify the fees applicable to extra trash, recycling, and composting collection services, and update bulk, brush, and household hazardous waste collection guidelines in accordance with current Austin Resource Recovery practices.
