Approve an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Operating Budget Special Revenue Fund (Ordinance No. 20250813-005) to accept and appropriate Federal Emergency Management Agency Public Assistance grant funds from the Texas Department of Emergency Management in the amount of $26,365,665 for COVID-19 expenses. Funding: $26,365,665 is available from the Federal Emergency Management Agency through the Texas Department of Emergency Management. A City funding match is not required.
