Authorize negotiation and execution of a lease agreement with Richard Springdale, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, on behalf of Austin Forensic Science - Evidence Control for an initial lease term of five years, with one five-year extension option, for approximately 44,026 rentable square feet of flex warehouse space located at 4405 Springdale Road, Austin, Texas 78721, for a total amount not to exceed $3,352,823. Funding: $52,387 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 of the Operating Budget of Austin Forensic Science. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
