Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to an agreement with Sunrise Community Church d/b/a Sunrise Homeless Navigation Center to provide street outreach and housing navigation services, to add one-time funding in an amount not to exceed $250,000, for a revised total agreement not to exceed $1,000,000. Funding: $250,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 House Our People Endowment fund.
