Authorize negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with Travis County for the City’s provision of animal spay and neuter services to Travis County residents in the unincorporated areas of Travis County for a term of one year beginning on October 1, 2026. Funding: In Fiscal Year 2026-2027, Travis County will pay the City for the services provided by Austin Animal Services through a cost reimbursement model in an amount not to exceed $190,000.
