Authorize Austin Energy to issue non-contractual rebates during Fiscal Year 2026-2027 for multifamily, commercial, and residential programs that support solar and other distributed energy resources, energy efficiency, and beneficial electrification in amounts that exceed the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 City Manager’s spending authority. Funding: $23,475,000 is available in the Operating Budget of Austin Energy.
