Authorize negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to grant an electric transmission easement across 10.014 acres (436,210 square feet) of the City-owned property located at 18524 FM 969, Austin, Texas 78653 to LCRA Transmission Services Corporation, a not-for-profit company of the Lower Colorado River Authority, for an amount not less than $184,258, to support a battery tolling project of Austin Energy and Balcones Ridge Resiliency, LLC, a subsidiary of Jupiter Power, LLC. Funding: The sale is projected to result in $184,258 of additional revenue to the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Operating Budget of Austin Energy.
