Ratify two contracts for construction services for the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center Emergency Leak Repair Project for Austin Arts, Culture, Music, and Entertainment, with TCS Mechanical, LLC and Underground Water Solutions Company, in an amount not to exceed $700,000, divided among the firms. Funding: $200,000 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Parks and Recreation. $500,000 is available in the Capital Budget Austin Facilities Management.
