Approve an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 020801-15, which settled disputes regarding the applicability of the Save Our Springs (SOS) Ordinance in the area known as Circle C, to authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an amendment to the settlement agreement that will apply to approximately 246.389 acres located near the intersection of South Mopac Expressway Southbound and State Highway 45 Westbound (Tract 110) to increase the development density for residential living units and multifamily residential living units, modify development and parkland regulations, and change required traffic controls and access requirements including removal of the requirement for the property owner to construct the South Bay Extension on Tract 110. This action concerns land located within the Barton Springs Zone. Funding: This item has no fiscal impact.
