Authorize an amendment to a contract for continued information technology networking platform licenses, maintenance, and support, which provides service delivery, management, workflow, disaster recovery for servers, and storage hardware resources for all City departments, with FreeIt Data Solutions, to increase the amount by $2,400,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $4,076,000. Funding: $2,376,000 is available in the Operating Budget of various City departments. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
