Authorize a contract for fiber network services for Austin Energy with Logix Holding Company d/b/a Logix Fiber Networks, for an initial term of one year with up to one one-year extension option in an amount not to exceed $600,000. Funding: $25,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Operating Budget of Austin Energy. $300,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Operating Budget of Austin Energy. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
