Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Get Up Project d/b/a Hope Medical Clinic to provide health education and navigation services, to add one 12-month extension option for a term ending September 30, 2027, to increase the amount by $135,000 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $635,000. Funding: $135,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Operating Budget of Austin Public Health. Funding for remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
