Authorize two contracts for calcium hypochlorite tablets and granules, used for cleaning and disinfection in water treatment operations, for Austin Water with Leslie's Poolmart Inc. d/b/a Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies and Joseph G Pollard Co. Inc. d/b/a Pollardwater, each for an initial term of two years in an estimated amount of $240,000 with up to three one-year extension options each in an estimated amount of $120,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $600,000, divided between the contractors. Funding: $110,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Operating Budget of Austin Water. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
