Authorize negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with O-SDA Industries, LLC, or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $4,320,000 for a multifamily rental development to be known as Rowen Vale, located at or near 206 East Annie Street, Austin, Texas 78704. Funding: $4,320,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Capital Budget of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation using 2022 General Obligation Bonds.
