Authorize negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Austin Highland DMA Housing, LLC, or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $5,200,000 for a multifamily rental development to be known as The Maven, located at or near 618 East Highland Mall Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78752. Funding: $5,200,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Capital Budget of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation using 2022 General Obligation Bonds.
