The proposed acquisition consists of approximately 2.415 acres (105,184 square feet) of right of way and approximately 1,260 square feet of temporary working space easement in two parts (1,010 square feet and 250 square feet), situated in the James Burleson Survey No. 19, Abstract No. 4, City of Austin, Travis County, Texas, and being out of a called 20.00-acre tract described in a Warranty Deed from Anthony C. Chen and Gloria Chen to Austin Ultiplex, LLC, recorded in Document No. 2014141999, Official Public Records of Travis County, generally located at 5525 Johnny Morris Road, Austin, Texas 78724, from Austin Ultiplex, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, for a total amount not to exceed $153,000, including closing costs. Funding: $153,000 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Transportation and Public Works.
