A resolution directing the City Manager to update the I-35 Cap and Stitch Program to allow funding for the construction of two I-35 Cap and Stitch improvements that can be completed in the near future as well as work with the Texas Department of Transportation on funding commitments and decrease the appropriated amount of general obligation bonds for the Program.
