0:11 Uh, we have a quorum present, uh, but we have, we have the necessary quorum of the Austin
0:16 City Council present, uh, present under texas state law.
0:20 Only two council members are necessary for a quorum to canvas an election, and we have five members
0:27 of the City Council present here today.
0:30 We will now take up item number one on the agenda and that is to approve a resolution
0:35 canvassing the results of the November 4th, 2025 special election.
0:40 In the special election.
0:42 The returns of the election show that there were 62,952 votes for proposition q and 109,375 votes against
0:55 proposition q. Before we take, uh, a motion on this item, is there anyone who has signed up
1:01 to speak on this item?
1:03 Yes, Mayor. We have one speaker, lee delman, lee noodleman, mr.
